Commuting from Kinnegad

Hi,
Just wondering if some one here knows the commute from kinnegad - I have been searching previous posts on the topic but cannot find anything about it - Anyhow moving to kinnegad next week and will be still working in Dublin City centre for the moment, Need to know from fellow commuters what it the best (and quickest) way into city centre.
What I was thinking of doing was driving to Enfield for the train as this is what i usually get from Clonsilla. (which is a good regular service apart from standing).
If i do get the train - what is parking like? Packed
What are the other possibilities? I cannot find any web address for buses that go etc..
Any help would be much appriciated!
