commute from blessington to naas road

Hi all,

Just wondering is there anybody out there who commutes from the blessington area to the naas road/nangor road area?

What is the traffic like and roughly how long is the journey time?

I ask these questions as I am considering moving to the area but work on the naas road/nangor road.

Any and all advice welcome!

Like anywhere it depends on the time you leave. The N81 moves all the time but gets very congested around the entrance to Citywest. There are plans by South Dublin Co Co to alleviate congestion in the area, but there is no move on it as yet.

Leaving at 7.30, could take 45 mins. Leaving at 8am could take you an hour. Leaving at 3am it would only take 25 mins!!!
