I am going through a separation now for a year no way forward my ex is living in our home

I have no access to our property.

His solicitor seems to be very slow. Can someone help or give me advise which is the best option?

Should I just go to my house and try and resolve this civil which I dont think will happen now.
 
Who owns the house?
Have you belongings still in the house? If so you should at least be able to get these.
 
We are in contact with solicitors with no avail on the other behalf, we both own the house and yes I do have belongings there
