I have received calls from these guys. A lady called Christine called and asked me to invest immediately. I asked to speak to anoyther investor for the hell of it and got some guy that sounded a little unusual. I really don't know. PLease let me know what you come up with.

Property investment is not regulated as far as I know.

If the firm is not regluated by the Financial Regulator, I don't see how they would have any interest (whether they should or not is another matter).
