took out finance on a commercial vehicle in 2007. I was keen to repay the loan in quick time so I set the repayment period at 3 years meaning higher repayments. now I'd like to reduce my payments to compensate for the slowdown. but my finance company BIF refuse to set up a new deal and are telling me to get a personal loan. not much chance of that in the current climate. so is it possible to re finance here with a different company like you can in the US. I cant find any companies online offering car re finance. anyone know where to go?
