In the process of renting retail unit and have agreed terms only for the contract to come and I find out there is a management company in charge of the building and are looking for an additional 1 euro sq foot.Is there any way i can get out of paying these and taking charge of the management of my own unit as distinct from the management company looking after it
The 1€/sq. ft. is not for the management of your unit but for insuring, managing, cleaning, maintaining, lighting, heating common areas including lifts (if any), parking spaces, corridors, toilets, etc
