Commercial Property stats UK

Does anyone know some good resources for rental information..stats on capital growth in UK commercial property...also info that can be got on specific areas like say london or yorkshire or more specific searches like manchester etc...any info appreciated thanks..

Have you checked out the stats from the larger property consultants in that neck of the woods? Such as JLL, Savills, CBRE etc?
Also have you checked out the Irish investment stats from the same companies?
All can be found in pdf format on their websites.
