Commercial Morgage "Poland"

Hi there,

I'm going to be looking for a morgage to purchase a B&B in Poland with in the next 3-5 years.
Im going to be looking to borrow between 500,000 and 700,000 euro and basically what i would like someone who has some knowledge on the subjest to tell me, is this a realistic dream.

Im 25 earning 30,000 p/y, so does anyone know what my next step should be?

Hi Philip,

Please contact Dom Bank and tell them your plans. They can
give you a more or less immediate reply.
What disturbs me is their lack of English speaking staff so
you might have to call a few times before being put through
to an English speaker (assuming you do not speak Polish).
Are you looking for a downtown location or a country retreat
type B&B? You can set up in a good rural location offering
nearby trout fishing, boar hunting etc for a lot less than half a
million euros.
