Commercial Jeep, converting back

I have seen a commercial jeep that i would be interested buying from a company that has it for sale here. I would like to know how is VRT calculated if i chose to replace seats. Is it paid on original value or todays value?

VRT would be on the current value of the passenger car of the same year miles etc.

This is unlikely to be economical. The conversion process requires that the seat belt points etc. in the rear be put beyond use. Even if it were economical it may be unsafe. Keep looking would be my adivce, there should be no reason to convert one of these vehicles.
