Any recommendations on commercial insurance for a retail premised(public liability etc). I do not own the premises. My business is hair salons. I have been with zurich(via broker) for the last number of years and wanted to see if there was better value out there

Hi Gilboy,

The one thing I would say about a Haridressers policy is beware of the limits applicable under different policies. We have a number of them on our books and the variance in limits provided by different companies is extreme.

Even though the premium may appear cheaper in different policies the cover may not stack up. But then again it's entirely up to you what level of cover you want or require.
