Does anyone know of recent evidence of commercial finance being obtained from an Irish Bank or a foreign bank? I have dealt with foreign banks in obtaining large development funding in Europe late last year. However I am wondering has anyone heard of a bank or any other financial vehicle providing funding for commercial property in Ireland?
