Combination Boiler

Hi all, what an excellent tool this is..if only all this valuable info could be tidied up and collated in to hardcopy form and with a disclaimer attached could then be sold/offered to all " new " self builders as a q and a , based on experiences, handbook.

Anyway, I am in discussion with my plumber about a combination boiler, has anyone used this type or have any productive info on it.
I am building a 2 storey detached in Donegal, approx 2400sqft.
