Colour Printer Recommendations

Hi,

I am looking for a decent printer that prints pictures,invitations, on two sides etc (in colour). Anyone with any opinions on a quality printer??

Would be willing to go 300 or so, but all opinions would be welcomed

Whatever you choose, consider the cost of ink cartridges/refills — over a quite short period of time, these are likely to add up to as much as or more than the price of the printer itself...

[broken link removed] looks good, for <€100, and original cartridges are €13.90 apiece. Having three separate colour cartridges means you only have to replace/refill each one as it runs dry, rather than binning a single tri-colour cartridge that may still have quite a lot of unused ink in it.

I see your point, but quality of the pictures and invitations would be prime requirement and then the price of cartridgers/toners would be secondary.
 
It might be cheaper to get them done professionally, and certainly the quality will be better. You'd have to factor in the cost of photo-quality paper, on top of the ink...

why pay more when you can print your own when you need them, 14 cent includes all toners service and parts
