College registration fees for 2 sons.

My 2 sons are going into 2 nd year in college. I understand that there is a slight reduction in the registration fees if one has 2 children attending college. Is it in the form of a tax rebate or do you get the reduction up front from one of the colleges?.Many thanks.

There is no tax relief on college registration fees. It's only on tuition fees. I'm not aware of the relief you are referring to but perhaps call one of the colleges in question of the HEA.
