It seems that the selection criteria will be used looking at the new organisation that they want. Should the selection criteria be applied to the existing organisation not the new. Thanks

D Deas Registered User Messages 310 27 Oct 2009 #2 Once the selection criteria is fair it is okay. You will need to be more specific though on what the criteria is. From a management perspective, it makes sense to look at the new organisation, as otherwise there may be capability gaps in key roles.
