May I ask if anyone here has any experience of dealing with a debt collection company called "EC Credit Control"? I have never heard of them and the first contact with them came by way of unsolicited e-mail. I have had a quick look at their website, they appear to operate in Ireland and other EU countries and offer a comprehensive service to businesses but I'm getting so cynical these days that I barely trust my own dog, let alone Debt Collection Agencies! We're in the market for an effective service right now, like a lot of businesses these days, and any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
