With the crackdown on welfare fraud, people flying in from other Countries to claim has been stopped due to new measure's put in place.
I still think that there is a great chance of this fraud still been done,
First I collect my welfare from the post office each week and I only have to show my social services card, never asked for ID.
Second when I go to sign on each month same again just show my social services card, never asked for ID.
If that is the case then who is to stop someone else collecting your weekly social money if they have your card.
Surely there are some people doing this type of fraud, I could be in living in Poland and give a friend my card and he could collect my social each week and then just sign on each month, I don't think the welfare workers would be looking to close at signature's ,it would not be to hard to copy a friend signature anyway. Surely photo ID should be required.

That's all well and good but how are money lenders meant to get their money back if they can’t take their “clients” welfare or pensions cards?
