collecting mothers pension

hi,my wifes mother has been very unwell for a while now,collecting her pension and her trips outdoors are not viable any longer,question is does anyone know the procedure as to how my wife can collect her pension for her,eg.forms to be filled in and who needs to sign them,have,nt a clue as it stands so any help would be appreciated,regards salaried.
