Cold pillow/bedroom chilling.......

Im overheating in my bedroom!!!

Bedroom is on the ground floor and only has a patio door (no window), so Im not in a position to leave the door open at night.

Saw in a magazine recently about a "chillo" which seems to be a chilling device that goes into the pillow case. Has anyone any experience of them, are they any good and where could I pick one up?

I often thought about this ... such a good name ... chillow ...

I think I remember seeing a similar one in argos last year ... I haven't been able to find it on the online catalogue, but maybe it's in the book.

have you tried taking some of the covers off the bed? or check what tog duvet you use, ifs its a 13.5 tog no wonder you're roasting, go for a mix giving you 4 tog for warm weather and 9 tog for cold, you can then combine the two for really cold weather!
