Coffee beans not vital for human survival

I was reading this article about how the Swiss government has decided to no longer require the storing of a three month supply of raw coffee and with BREXIT coming up, I was just wondering if we have any data on what the Irish government stock piles?

Nestlé, the maker of instant coffee Nescafé, and other importers, roasters and retailers are required by Swiss law to store bags of raw coffee. The country also stockpiles staples such as sugar, rice, edible oils and animal feed.

Anecdotally they store white wash, piles of BS, millions of plain brown envelopes and speech templates starting with "So, let me be very clear on this point ..." and "So, this new independent report which we paid for, proves, independently, that we did the right thing ..."
