Code of conduct for non PPR mortgage arrears

Hi all,

I am in the process of drafting a complaint regarding the actions of a lender during a period of arrears on a BTL mortgage. Is there an equivalent to the CCMA for PPRs that I can reference? I've been googling for a bit be keep ending up with the CCMA for PPRs is there an equivalent for non-ppr mortgages?

If the buy to let was the only property in Ireland owned by the borrower, then CCMA applies. But failing that there's no equivalent code.

It would still be covered by the Consumer Protection Code, but there is nothing specifically about arrears in it.

Thanks for the prompt answers. I've gotten the CPC and the CPC for licensed money lenders I presume both apply?

No, just the main CPC. But make sure you've got the right version (i.e. the one that was in place at the time of the event you're writing about).

There are some arrears requirements in chapter 8 of the CPC, nothing like the CCMA requirements, but lenders are required to send out quarterly arrears letters for example.
