Coats for wear by kitchen staff

Hi
Im looking for overall/coats that can be wore by kitchen staff - something like a ship coat

What im looking for is a full length coat but that is made of nylon material - something like you can see at [broken link removed])

Is polycotton a type of nylon material ?

Any suggestions where might be able to source this or is O'Connors best bet?

Polycotton is usually a mix of 65% polyester and 35% cotton.

Can I ask why you require nylon for kitchen ware? as it wont be as comfortable to wear in a kitchen environment as Cotton or polycotton?

Wouldn't nylon make people sweat more in an already warm atmosphere and surely it is a fire risk.
