my boyfriend has to apply for jobseekers allowance & he has to be means tested. he has 1 child that doesnt live with us but stays at weekends,will this be taken into account ? also when calculating if he is entitled to it, via my salary, the social welfare site says that prsi must be deducted from gross salary but what about my pension? is that deducted ? thanks
