Just wanted to hear from Owner Occupiers in the Herberton Development, Dublin 8 on how they feel about Cluid Voluntary Housing purchasing 40 apts in Block A and B and they think this may or may not affect the private residents and the overall development.

Not sure resident views will matter- This is a business transaction with the receiver or similar- units were for sale and will be sold/ leased by Cluid. Similar transactions taking placed countrywide.

What are the concerns of residents? At leasr Cluid will manage the units as a whole- better than having 40 careless landlords!
