Closing threads

Clubman - I begun a thread on stamp duty in the Homes section and later realised that taxation would be more appropriate section to place it.
How do you suggest people deal with this as I couldn`t see a facility to cut & paste.
The section it`s being moved to doesn`t seem to allow replies, why?

Both threads are now in the Taxation forum with one closed and the other that had already received a reply still open. Don't duplicate threads and if you want a thread moved because you misdirected it then post to that effect or contact a moderator.
