It depends on what you mean by close down- do you mean liquidation or voluntary strike off - if you are going for voluntary strike off, the procedure to be followed is listed very clearly on the CRO website. I think it has draft notices too.

Just one thing to note - it just has be a national paper, so the star newspaper is fine and when we used it a couple of years back is a lot cheaper than the broadsheets.
