I recently did an aptitude test for this. I got back a letter stating I was placed X on the panel, and that I would be called to an interview 'should your place be reached'.
What I would like to know is: Are the HSE going to interview everyone on the panel in ones and twos, according to when they have a vacancy? Or are they going to call 10 or 20 people to interview, and then form a new panel based on the interview marks.
Does the aptitude test count for much, when combined with the interview?
