Cleaning services for new build Cork area

Can anyone reccomend a cleaning service which would clean windows many of which are covered in plaster etc.....
I also need someone who would clean out a new build before occupation to get rid of dust etc properly.
Personal reccomendations and an estimate of how much the service costs would be appreciated.

I hired McKechnie Cleaning Services before we occupied our office after works were carried out. I have no problem recommending them, they did a good job & I also hired them on a weekly basis to clean our office. I don't remember what they charged but it all depends on the size of the place, when they can do it & how many people they will need to clean it (which will probably depend on the time frame you give them).
