Cleaning Non Slip Tiles

Hi, I just put down non slip tiles in my kitchen, they are lovely but impossible to clean. They have a very rough surface and I cannot use a mop or a cloth - just a wire brush on my hands and knees! I am too old for that...does anyone know if a steam cleaner will work on these tiles? The tiles are ceramic and are laid on a timber floor that is covered in 6mm plywood.

Could you try using what I would call a deck scrubbing brush if it would be ok and not damage the tiles. It takes the hard work out of the job by not having to get down on your knees to scrub the floor.
