Clarification re: tax refund

I'm currently working two jobs. Full time during the weekend, and approx 12-25 hours at the weekend.

I have my credits allocated so I am not being taxed for my main employment, and the remainder of the credits given to my part-time work, which means if I work over about 8 hours I'm being taxed at 20%. We'll just ignore the fact that I sometimes get paid cash in hand without tax.

I'm going to be finishing up my main employment at the end of June, so all my credits will be transferred back over to this part-time employment.

The way I understand is that I won't be earning enough for the rest of the year to be taxed, and should be entitled to a refund of the tax I'm paying at the moment? Just wondering when this would be paid? December is it?

Thanks!

Even though it'd be the p45 from the other employment?

Actually just on a side note, the income levy, that wouldn't be due back to me aswell would it?

Any overpayment of income levy will be refunded either at the end of the year from employer if you have had only one and are still in his employ, or from Revenue otherwise, though I expect you will have to remember to apply; can't see them handing out money unasked.
