Clarification of First time buyers status

My girlfriend and I share a mortgage on a house, ie both our names are on the mortgage, the deeds of the house are in her name only. Does that mean that i can still use my first time buyers status and buy a new house without stamp duty?
 
The Revenue Commissioners would not consider you a FTB as you have previously purchased with your girlfriend, regardless of the fact you are not named on the deeds.
