Claiming back tax
I worked in the Netherlands last year until July 1st. I then returned to Ireland and set up my own company and have been contracting ever since.
Questions:
1) Can I declare my world wide income to be taxed in the Netherlands when I am director of a company here (other director did file return in Ireland)
2) When I claim back my tax paid in Ireland how do I do it
3) When I claim back my tax paid in Ireland can I get back my PRSI as when I pay tax owed in Netherlands I will have paid the eqivalent in both countries
I have not yet opted for either country so all possibilities are still open to me.
