Claiming tax back

Hi,
I have a question regarding claiming income tax paid during the year at the end of the year.
Basically I am planning to goto Austrailia to live and work for a year in May this year and have paid tax as usual through my monthly wage with my current employer.
We receive a bonus payment in March which of course is subject to tax at source also.
My question is am I entitled to claim back the tax I will pay now at the end of the year as I will not be working here from May onwards?
How would I go about doing this especially from afar - i.e. Down Under?

Yes you entitle to cliam it back.

Revenue won't care where you make the phone call from.

Register with their online service and you could do it by internet from Oz.

Complete a Form P50 and send this to your tax office with your P45 that you get when you leave your Irish employment.

Try and reverse the charges
