Claiming Tax Back on a Pension

Hi , my Dad retired last year and paid a lot of tax on his superannuation retirement fund. His employers have said he can claim it back but i was just wondering if anyone knows what form he needs to fill out to do this. Thanks

Just tell him to call to his local tax office with statement from employer showing taxes deducted on retirement and they will take it from there.
