I didnt mean anything illegal. Just meant they will pay you what they have to and no more. Not having to pay you for a sick day when they dont have to.ClubMan said:But what do you mean by employers in general "claiming off" employees for things?

- The distance between home and the temporary place of work or
- The distance between the normal place of work and the temporary place of work.
