Claiming for rent 2002

I'm about to make an application for tax back from when I was renting an appartment with my wife (then GF) back in 2002. Would I be better claiming on my own or seperatly, we would have both been on high tax and the rent was €771 p/m. Or will it make any difference?

if lease was in both names, then I think both can claim. If only in one name, then only one can claim.

amount is quite small in any case

You better hurry as you can only backdate claims by 4 years so once this year ends 2002 is off limits!
