Claiming against building agreement

hi, i bought an apartment off the plans almost two years ago and the terms of the building agreement gave the builders 18 months to complete the development, after numerous delays the place is still not finished....

has anyone ever sucessfully got redress from a builder for breaking the terms of the building agreement or does anyone know what damages you could claim for?

Have you asked your solicitor for advice? Most agreements are skewed in favour of the developer as far as I know even when delays arise.

i have, waiting to hear back from her, just would like to know if anybody has had sucess with this?
