I would appreciate any advice on the following situation. My son has been diagnosed with autism and the Department of Education has been providing home tuition hours for him until he reaches the age of three. However they will not cover all the month of July or any of August (school term). I am going to cover this myself - it will be a substantial sum of money - over 3k. Does anyone know if I can claim tax back for these tuition fees? - maybe through the Med1 form?
