There is no number available for the customer relations department. Jokers! Anyway, here's the address and fax info below: Ireland/UK Aer Lingus Customer Care Unit Aer Lingus Head Office Dublin Airport Ireland Fax Number: 00353 1 8863832 Does anyone know what kind of limit these airlines have in making your claim?
