Assuming that your bills were for visits that occured while you were a Quinn member, then you'll be able to claim for them on your out-patient cover. E.g. your doctor visit was on 14th March and your cover finished on the 21st March, then you can claim for it. If your cover finished on the 10th March, then you couldn't claim off Quinn.
