I was a member of this gym for 2 years up until about a year ago. I learned how to swim with Shane, one of the top fitness instructors there (he is gorgeous BTW!) Lovely gym, always got a machine, just brought the headphones and watched the soaps while I was working out. They were all a friendly buch working there at the time and would always be over chatting to me and offering advice on how to do this or that better, eg: keep your back straight or deep breaths etc. I might actually rejoin, thinking about it now!
