I would assume you would want to be getting 20% true discount before even thinking about buying in Liverpool - I have said from day one that the fundamental of the Liverpool economy are paper thin.

If I had a property (flat) in Liverpool, Leeds, Nottingham, Leicester or Ipswich I would be a worried worried man!
