City center parking Bank Holida

Does anyone know what the situation is with on street parking in the city center on Bank Holiday Monday? Is it the same as a Sunday, a regular Monday or something else?

(I doing the Marathon so can't really feed the machine!)

3 hours maximum parking time?

Would that not concentrate your mind somewhat and get you around the course that bit quicker?

Bank Holidays count as normal Mondays, and given the current crowd have just contract (from next year onwards I think) they are likely to be clamping left, right and centre in an effort to make as much money as possible so beware.

Call off the search party

finished in 4:29 which I fairly happy with given it was my first time.

No blisters and don't look like a cowboy off a horse when I walk!

Off yesterday for a bit of R&R.

Plenty of time to try for 2005.

Hope you got a boat handy! When Pana gets flooded things are pretty bad.

John, unfortunately due to a series of sports related injuries my running days are over. Two of my dreams were to run a marathon and to cycle in the maracycle. The only way I could run a marathon now, would be to run in the back of a van as it drove around the course.:)
