Im thinking of buying a new 7 seater 1.6 diesel Picasso next January.
Because they are only out since last Jan, I was wondering if anyone
has bought one and can provide feedback in terms of reliability, comfort,
economy etc.

It will be economical - 1.6D seems to do better than I would have thought in such a big car.
I have the petrol version - bought is as replacement of a Picasso a few months ago.

Great flexibility of seats - I often have to carry large loads.
Both Citroens have been totally reliable - it does what it says on the tin. And more.
Some might say it's a bit underpowered - for me, that is irrelevant - It performs as well as one can do legally in Ireland.
Would have liked to have a hard cover over the luggage area - when using it as a 5-seater, there is only a flexible cover over the luggage area.
