Just looking for a heads up on waiting times for the hearing of cases in the Circuit Court (specifically the South East circuit of Carlow / Kilkenny)
If a defense is entered on a civil bill, how long is it likely to take before the case comes to hearing. Im also interested in knowing how long it might take for the applicant to obtain judgment if there is no defense entered.
I think I heard somewhere recently that the courts are backed up at the moment. I'm just wondering if anybody has the insight to elaborate on this
