I recently saw a group of kids go too see a film in the local cinema (obviously a birthday party group) and they had their 'goodie bags' filled with sweets and a drink. The usher let them through with no issues but I was wondering if the cinema has a right to refuse eating/drinking of your own food on their premises.
Obviously the Drink/Popcorn sales are a big source of revenue for them (based on the exorbitant prices) so I was surprised to see the kids allowed to bring their own goodies.
Thanks in advance.
