cinema prices?

Hi all

Has anyone been to the cinema lately? I havent been in a long time and cant remember how much the cinema costs...was looking to maybe go on Sat to the one in liffey valley. Any info appriciated.

Between €8 and €10 depending on the time. The food is the expensive bit...you'll pay the same again for a large drink and popcorn.

Thanks all for the advice. Its been too long since we went ot the cinema. One last question....im not a fan of cinema popcorn or picka mix but i know thye sell icecream which is fine but can i bring my own snacks into the cinema....we used to do this as kids and just hide them when going into the cinema!
 
I usually buy drinks and snacks in the Boots beside it and bring them in, also buy a pick n mix at my local Spar before i go too, the one in Liffey Valley is daylight robbery.

I have never come across this in Liffey Valley, you can book online with the link above and pretty much choose any seat or sets of seat, including row edges, the back/front, etc - there is a particular row which may be block booked for special ticket holders (freelist ?) from what I can usually see.
