Hi All,

Just looking for some insider knowledge regarding the above area, saw a fairly reasonable 2 bed for sale there. Seems reasonable for the area, close to town/ IFSC etc.

Whats the general area like?

Any help be greatly appreciated
 
East Wall is very mixed, some areas are quite rough and others quite rundown, but parts are great. I think you should drive around the area to form your own opinion of how comfortable you would be living there. I would check it out at night and during the day.
