Christmas Post delivered at the weekend

Yeah, I was very surprised to come home this evening (Sunday) and find a letter from the Revenue :rolleyes: wasn't a Christmas card but it wasn't bad news either!
 
I love it too! Had some pressies delivered yesterday by a very harrassed looking postie. Mind you, that might have had something to do with how long it took me to chase 2 big, boisterous doggies into the living room so I could open the door without having the poor chap completely bowled over :p
 
The postman in my area only delivers about every 3 days. It's really frustrating...especially if I am waiting for DVDs etc that I have ordered. On the day he actually does bother to deliver I get a load of post then nothing for 3-4 days. I live in a cul de sac in a Dublin suburb and I think he tries to avoid the traffic by delivering on fewer occasions. Must ring the sorting office about this rather than moaning about it here!
