Christmas pay and notice

Hi,

Got a weeks notice (construction) last week ,let go friday after working from feb , had 3 weeks paid holidays this year, would like to know what im entitled too.

No not entitled to redundancy.just wondering about holiday pay, got my lastweeks pay my lying week and a weeks holiday pay .

You should get 1.75 days per month where more than 117hrs were worked. So if you worked 117hrs per month for each month it would be 1.75 x 11 - 19.25 days. Take away any days you have already been paid - 3 weeks would be 15 days unless there were some bank holidays in these weeks off? It's not far off the mark anyway.
